For over 30 years, Stressmaster International has been helping companies and their employees reduce and master stress. This May,, employers have an opportunity to provide employees with the best stress mastery stress assessments, knowledge and programs to actually reduce and master stress. Now, for the first time, Stressmaster International has reduced its rates for all of our Associate Program, as well as for all stress mastery training, coaching and/or personal self-development tools, assessments and programs.

The Stress Mastery Program is comprehensive and can and includes:

Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ) - a scientifically developed stress "risk" assessement that can be completed online in about 10-12 minutes.

Stress Mastery Report - shows the results of the SMQ and presents how the employee scored on the SMQ’s 11 stress “risk” scales.

Stress Mastery Guide - A 43 page booklet that explains each SMQ scale in detail, along with proven effective tools, techniques and ways to reduce and master stress.

Stressmaster has ceated a variety ways to encourage and motivate employees to change how they think and perceive life and work stressors or "stress triggers."
